(60% Semillon 30% Sauvignon Muscadelle 10%) This wine expresses fruity notes (including citrus, nectarines) associated with acacia, spices and brioche notes. Fine bubbles. A long finish with a hint of acidity and fruit.
(10% Ugni Blanc, 90% Semillon) A sparkling wine from Bordeaux (Crémant de Bordeaux) produced by the champagne method. A wine that is characterized by its rounded, fruity and certain finesse. It develops notes of white fruits (peach, pear), apricot, tropical fruits (pineapple), dried floral notes and some grapes. Also some roasted, notes with low acidity.
100% Cabernet Franc. A wine still marked by freshness. It develops aromas of red fruits (currant, cranberry, raspberry), blueberry combined with floral notes (rose) and citrus. The finish is long and shows a slight vegetal note.
