(organic, 100% Syrah) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity, with purple highlights. The nose offers density, tension, the solar side in its fruit, as well as perceptible spicy notes. It expresses aromas of roasted red cherry, morello cherry, bird cherry, black plum (even prunes in the background), dried blackcurrant and crushed blackberry….
The nose is aromatic. It expresses notes of ripe black fruits (plum, blackberry, cassis …) and notes of flowers associated with some toasty notes and spices. In mouth the wine is fresh, well-balanced, quite concentrated and expresses aromas of ripe black fruits and spices (pepper). The tannins are well done but a little too young. Good length.
A full-bodied, round and fruity wine. The nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruits, cherry and spices with a hint of tobacco. The palate is fine, concentrated, quite powerful and elegant. It expresses notes of blackberry, plum, cherry, spices and a slight toasty note. Good length!
