(45% Merlot, 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot) The nose is powerful, pure and precisely concentrated. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and slight notes of strawberry associated with a few notes of ripe fruit, undergrowth and a touch of Zan. The palate is pure, nicely mineral, racy, fruity, complex and elegant. A small aerial side in the mouth. It expresses notes of blackberry fresh, ripe fruit, red fruit (especially raspberries) associated with touches of plum, cassis, flowers, cocoa and toasted oak. A slight hint of toast on the palate. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
