Château Paloumey 2011 – Haut-Médoc – Cru Bourgeois

The nose offers a little complexity. It reveals fruity notes (plum, black berries) associated with slight notes of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, full, fat, dynamic and reveals a certain elegance and a medium body. In the mouth it expresses notes of ripe fruit, plum, cherry and raspberry combined with a small woody notes and notes of tobacco-box. The tannins are soft and well integrated.
