« Fête de Printemps » 2014 at Saint-Emilion

 

After China the Jurade of Saint-Emilion celebrate on June 15, 2014 the Fête de Printemps in Saint-Emilion

 

 

 

Back to Asia where Jurade organized at Hong Kong the Gala Dinner of Vinexpo Asia Pacific and at Beijing the Inaugural Launch Gala of its first Chancellery in China, the Jurats will celebrate on June 15, 2014, the « Fête de Printemps » (Spring Festival) in the heart of the medieval village of Saint-Emilion.

It will be an opportunity for Jurats to welcome 10 new Jurats in their assembly. These men and women, growers and wine marchants, that will wear for the first time the red coat of the Jurade and swear fidelity to Saint-Emilion wine during the oath of Jurats. The Jurats also induct thirty personalities such as famous Japanese manga writers “Drops of God“, journalists Philippe Didalon and Nicolas de ROUYN …

Cup of Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Emilion

It will be during the aperitif of the « Fête de Printemps » that winners will be awarded. Let us remind that the winner is the Château Destieux (also the winner of the 2012 Cup of Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Emilion and finalist in 2010) ahead the Château Monbousquet (finalist).
