MASSOVIVO 2025: The TuscanVermentine By Marchesi Frescobaldi that brings the breath of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the glass

Savory, luminous, and deeply Mediterranean, Massovivo 2025 comes from Tenuta Ammiraglia in the Maremma, where the vineyards overlook the sea and Vermentino finds its ideal terroir. Refined and vibrant, this white wine captures the energy of the Tuscan coast through freshness, minerality, and aromatic elegance.

Located just a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea, within the pristine landscape of southern Maremma, Tenuta Ammiraglia is one of the most contemporary expressions of Marchesi Frescobaldi’s winemaking vision. Here, the sea reaches the vineyards through light, wind, and marine spray, shaping the distinctive character of Massovivo 2025.
Made from a selected clone of Vermentino—a variety that expresses its Mediterranean profile with exceptional authenticity along the Tuscan coast—Massovivo takes its name from the large boulder (masso) brought to the surface during the planting of the estate. This symbolic element speaks to the wine’s deep connection with its place of origin.
In the glass, Massovivo shows a bright, luminous straw-yellow color. The bouquet opens with notes of citron, white-fleshed fruit, and Mediterranean scrub, followed by elegant floral hints and iodized nuances. On the palate, it is crisp, savory, and dynamic, with a precise freshness that leads into a persistent and harmonious finish.
The winemaking process is designed to preserve aromatic integrity and varietal expression. After careful harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequent aging on the fine lees imparts complexity, balance, and greater depth on the palate.
Massovivo 2025 is a Mediterranean white wine of striking personality, combining vibrant freshness with clear stylistic precision. With its natural elegance, it is an ideal partner for seafood, summer flavours, and convivial moments throughout the season.
