Led by the young Eleonora, the winery aims to become a new benchmark in Franciacorta
In the heart of Franciacorta, Terre d’Aenòr was born—an emerging winery that brings together a passion for wine, a deep commitment to sustainability, and a constant pursuit of quality. Founded in 2018 by Eleonora Bianchi, now CEO and Sales & Marketing Director, Terre d’Aenòr represents not only a business venture but also a bold and visionary life choice.
The project is the brainchild of Eleonora, born in 1995, who, defying expectations after earning her Law degree, decided to leave behind a legal career to give life to a family dream: the creation of a winery dedicated to producing wines that respect both nature and people. From the outset, Terre d’Aenòr embraced a 100% organic approach in both vineyard and cellar, driven by the desire to integrate ethics, aesthetics, and sustainability into every step of the winemaking process.
The journey towards organic certification began in 2014, with the official recognition arriving with the very first harvest in 2018. Today, every stage – from vine to bottle – is carried out in full respect for the environment, without the use of synthetic chemicals, and with meticulous care for both the health of the land and the consumer.
We are proud to say that our wines are free from pesticides and chemical herbicides. This is not just a way of producing; it’s a way of being, says Eleonora, who works alongside Ermes Vianelli, Technical Manager and a pioneering advocate of organic viticulture. I wanted to create something tangible and authentic, something that could express the value of our land through respect for nature and the elegance of our wines, Eleonora adds.
With 46 hectares of vineyards spread across 33 plots in seven municipalities of Franciacorta, Terre d’Aenòr has chosen to focus on pedoclimatic diversity to craft complex, distinctive wines that are true expressions of their territory. From Chardonnay to Pinot Noir, with Pinot Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each variety is carefully cultivated and vinified to preserve the unique characteristics of every parcel. In the vineyard, we work like painters with a palette: each plot is a color that allows us to create wines that are unique and full of personality, explains Eleonora. Every grape is vinified separately before blending, an approach that ensures authenticity, complexity, and stylistic consistency. Today, the Terre d’Aenòr Franciacorta collection includes six labels: Brut, Extra Brut Millesimato, Rosé Extra Brut Millesimato, Pas Dosé Millesimato, Satèn Ricciolina, and Demi-Sec. Two still wines complete the lineup: “È Norì”, an elegant, mineral Curtefranca DOC white, and “Spadone”, a Bordeaux-style red that embodies both power and refinement.
The brand Terre d’Aenòr, together with its payoff “Gradi di Stile” (“Degrees of Style”), reflects a desire to break away from traditional wine language, drawing inspiration from the worlds of fashion and art to create a young, dynamic, and inclusive identity. The logo, inspired by Botticelli’s Venus, is an artistic stylization of femininity and the three founders, while the concentric circles evoke vineyard rows, symbolizing an unbreakable bond with the land.
Packaging reflects this same philosophy: every bottle is designed to visually captivate, with labels inspired by avant-garde artistic movements and fashion trends, blending minimalism and vibrant color to turn each bottle into a piece of contemporary art.
With the opening of a new winery scheduled for 2025 in Provaglio d’Iseo, Terre d’Aenòr is ready to embark on the next phase of its journey based on innovation, growth, and sustainability.
