Di Prisco – 2020, Irpinia Campi Taurasini

Lovely, elegant nose, precise, bewitching, offering aromatic purity and a little elegant austerity, even a discreet crystalline side. There are notes of black plum, infusion and small notes of concentrated blueberry, associated with fine touches of roasted-elegant Bigarreau cherry, as well as fine hints of zan and a discreet hint of roasted thyme (in the background). The palate is well-built, fresh, delicate and offers suppleness, a lovely silky in delicacy and precision and a lovely texture, finely creamy and airy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy/elegant cassis, violet plum and small notes of violet, combined with touches of roasted-elegant red cherry, as well as hints of blueberry, chocolatey, graphene, olive, mocha and a hint of roasted almond. Good length. The tannins are precise and finely mellow. Nicely fresh, delicate, airy and mineral wine.
