The nose offers a beautiful concentration and maturity of fruits. It expresses the aromas of ripe citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit, lime), juicy and tangy stone fruits (white peach, apricot), as well as green plum, green apple, an expressive floral fragrance (acacia, honeysuckle, linden), a toasted, lactic hint and a touch of vanilla. The palate is precise, straight and tangy. We find the good bitterness of grapefruit and lime, the chiseled side of green apple, gooseberries and green plum, softened by touches of toast, fresh hazelnut and a fine lactic side. Good length, accuracy and tension. The acidity is salivating and refreshing.
