The nose is aromatic, it offers a certain complexity, gourmandise, a fine, racy grain, a spicy side and a lovely airy character in its grain. It reveals notes of violet, sweet pepper and small notes of fresh blackberry, associated with touches of small wild red fruits, as well as hints of clove. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, it offers good definition, a certain juiciness, suppleness, gourmandise and a mineral frame. It also presents a velvety side, a certain depth/aromatic intensity , a nice little fat coating and a fine straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of small berries, combined with touches of violet, lilac, a hint of star anise, as well as a fine, racy hint of spices.
