The nose is pretty, fruity, fresh and offers a little infusion side and fleshy/ripe, fresh fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis, associated with touches of crushed raspberry, as well as fine hints of small fleshy/juicy red fruits, fine hints of cherry blossom, black cherry and discreet, almost cola-like hints. The palate is well-built, fruity, juicy, gourmand, it offers a tangy frame, precision, tension, energy and dynamism. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/bright blackberry, fleshy/juicy black cherry and small notes of crushed strawberry, combined with fine floral touches, as well as hints of cornflower, star anise, a subtle hint of chocolate, a discreet hint of lilac and racy minerality. A wine offering a lovely mellowness and gourmandise.
