Château L’Annonciation – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, it offers good definition, precision and a stretched side. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of small bright red fruits, associated with touches of lilac and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, good definition, precision, suppleness and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis, and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of crushed redcurrant, as well as fine hints of bergamot and a hint of blond tobacco. The tannins are sappy, floral and well-built. A subtle varietal hint in the background.
