The nose is floral and fresh. It reveals notes of fresh local grove, fresh rosemary andsmall notes of small, quite ripe fruits associated with touches of Sichuan pepper and a fine hint of clove. The palate is mineral and offers freshness, a little tension, precision, suppleness and a good definition. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, brilliant red plum andsmall notes of small bright red berries associated with touches of balsamic, oregano and clove. A fine patina side on the finish. Discreetly sticky tannins. A wine marked by groves and tomato leaves.
