The nose is fresh with a hint of almond and a slight racy minerality. The second nose opens with a touch of gazoline and apple. The palate is fresh, tangy with that same light gazoline note. The aroma is discreet. There are very fine hints of white peach and lemon zest. Still that almond, even fresh walnut, on the finish. The finish is green olive.
