The wine has a pale, bright ruby color. The nose is gourmand, perfumed, open and combines aromas of juicy fruits and fresh flowers (slightly sweet). It initially expresses notes of ripe wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, wild blueberry, as well as a hint of blackberry and red cherry. After aeration, we find a floral bouquet (fresh rose petals, purple peony), freshness with a menthol nuance (peppermint, pine needles, pine sap in the background), as well as an elegant spiciness (liquorice, star anise). We also feel a very light note of tar in the background. A refined and very elegant nose. The mouth is fresh, precise and chiseled. On the attack, it expresses notes of tart red cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blueberry, combined with herbaceous touches of blackcurrant leaf and pine needles as well as liquorice, fresh flowers (fresh rose, violet) and a very delicate touch of fresh wood. Tannins are polished, very fine, but firm and structured. Beautiful salivating and lively acidity, the finish is persistent, with a slight bitterness of fresh cherry. An airy, fresh and gourmet wine at the same time.
