The nose is elegant, well conducted and offers a good definition, precision and harmony. There are notes of pulpy cassis and small notes of smoke associated with slight touches of toast, dry spices and a slight hint of moka and infusion. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, precision, a certain gourmandise and a beautiful definition of the fruit. In the mouth this win expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, juicy/fresh purple plum and small notes of tabaco associated with touches of bright cassis as well as hints of nutmeg, purple plum, smoke and a discreet hint of clove. Sapid and discreetly sappy tannins. A slight firmness on the finish/persistence.
