It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy blue berries and more slightly – cornflower associated with a touch of bright cherry as well as fine hints of infusion, sage and a very discreet hint of toast and star anise. The palate is mineral, juicy and offers tension while being precise and delicate, supple. It expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, juicy / fleshy blackcurrant and more slightly – bright berries, associated with a subtle hint of bright red berries, as well as an almost Mediterranean hint of fruit, a subtle hint of sage, toast, cardamom, as well as a hint of fresh flowers and a subtle hint of almost fresh lilac in the background and fresh liquorice. The tannins are fine, intense and very discreetly tight. Lovely soft mid-palate.
