The aromatic array evokes hints of herbs, citrus fruits, elderflower and white-fleshed fruit. Tense and edgy on the palate, its impetus is fresh while not lacking in dense texture, closing with a satisfying finale.
Wine has been produced in the Abbey of Novacella, under the order of the Augustinians, since 1142: it is one of the world’s oldest wine producers.
