The Crémant has a light, shiny and clear straw yellow color with dynamic bubbles. The nose is fresh with fruit such as peach and yellow apple. We also perceive discreet hints of vanilla and butter. When aerated, we always have a beautiful freshness and a more exotic appearance with passion fruit. The palate is fresh, fruity, with very present fine bubbles. We find apple, juicy peach and pulpy white fruits. There is a nice balance, a certain straightness. It’s clean and refreshing. The finish is subtle on jasmine flower. Great achievement.
