The crémant has a straw yellow color with a beautiful foam. The first nose is aromatic with a beautiful minerality. We have touches of green apple but also a little light green curry. When aerated, we have an umami perception which emerges with touches of green pear. The palate is fine, aromatic and expressive with notes of nuts but also green apple. There is a beautiful minerality and above all a nice salivating acidity which accompanies a light effervescence. The fine tasting is pleasant with a finish of green walnuts.
