The nose is frank and fresh. It reveals notes of quince, fresh/ripe apple and small notes fresh pear associated with small touches of zest as well as slight hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, fat as well as roundness. Very fine effervescence, frank and with a discreet chalky side in its bubble. On the palate this wine expresses notes of yellow peach, pulpy apricot and small notes of crushed white fruits associated with touches of physalis, sweet zests as well as a subtle hint of crushed lychee and a subtle hint almost varietal/green tea. Good length.
