Tenuta Ulisse – Pecorino 2020 – Terre di Chieti IGP

Beautiful aromatic, gourmand and attractive. It reveals notes of vine peach, quenette and small notes of sweet pink grapefruit associated, touches of small exotic fruits, iodine as well as a subtle almost verbena hint and menthol. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, fullness, a slight unctuosity as well as a beautiful mineral freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright peach, white flowers and small notes of sweet pink grapefruit associated with touches of kumquat, sweet zest as well as slight hints of verbena and salinity. Good length. Beautiful freshness and minerality. A subtle hint of good bitterness on the finish/ persistence.
