The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is a bit reserved and needs to be aired. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry and raspberry coulis, red cherry, morello cherry, black plum, blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. The nose expresses a lot of freshness thanks to its herbaceous, spicy and savoury notes (peppermint, smoked meat, fresh thyme, rosemary, juniper berry, garrigue, cloves and nutmeg). On the palate, there is a lot of concentration and richness. The wine expresses the juiciness of the fruits and a delicate spicy side – there are flavors of fresh raspberry, morello cherry, blue plum, blueberry and blackcurrant, as well as fine notes of liquorice, peppermint, thyme, rosemary and roast meat. The tannins are firm, young and a bit drying, but the tannic structure is balanced by the fruitiness and a crisp acidity. The finish is long, tasty and fresh, with spicy and herbaceous notes. A wine with structure and precision.
