The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain elegance, a good definition as well as a fine and powerful grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and slight notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of crushed cherry, hints of blueberry, star anise, fine hints almost vanilla, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of fresh blond tobacco and cuben pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh/tangy frame, crunch, sapidity and a nice definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and slight hints of bright plum associated with touches of currants, bright cherry, hints of cornflower, star anise as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean, lilac, racy and almost sappy minerality.
