The nose is fresh, mineral, elegant, fresh and offers precision as well as an incisive side. We find notes of fresh mandarin, zest and slight notes of racy minerality associated with touches of fresh flowers, pulpy/fairly ripe peach, fine hints of verbena, lime blossom as well as discreet hints of hazelnut. fresh and with a sense of place. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a fresh structure, acidity, energy, lovely purity, precision, lovely fullness, roundness as well as a delicacy and airiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied yellow peach, pulpy apple and more lightly crystallized mandarin associated with touches of candied lemon, fine hints of roast, mandarin blossoms, verbena as well as hints of fresh lychee, with fine, almost honeyed hints and an imperceptible hint of lime blossom (in the background). A wine full of delicacy and subtlety.
