The nose is reserved, but offers a refined and concentrated fruity substance. It expresses notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, red currant, red cherry and strawberry, accompanied by notes of dried mint, licorice, vanilla (in the background), violet and cinnamon (at the end of the mouth). Beautiful concentration in the mid-palate, with juiciness and notes of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, morello cherry, strawberry, red plum), accompanied by touches of dried mint and liquorice. The tannic structure is tight and powerful, but refined. Good length and refreshing acidity on the finish.
