Château Saint Bonnet 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is reserved and subtle. It expresses precise notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry, blackberry) as well as a touch of red cherry and crushed strawberry, accompanied by notes of white pepper, dried cornflower and licorice. On the palate, the wine is tight, with dry and slightly bitter tannins. The flavors are also closed. The wine expresses notes of fresh blackcurrant, morello cherry, tart red cherry and strawberry, accompanied by notes of black pepper and more slightly – licorice. Good acidity, the finish is moderately persistent and a little dry.
