Château Liot 2022 – Sauternes

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine touch of fresh sap. It expresses notes of peach in syrup, small crushed white fruits and more slightly – intense white flowers, associated with touches of pineapple in syrup, saffron (floral side) and fine hints of fresh hazelnut and lychee. The palate is fresh, fruity, and offers minerality, deliciousness and roundness, a nice little fatness, a spherical side, a syrupy side. It expresses notes of apple in syrup, roasted pineapple and more slightly – sweet kumquat associated with a touch of sweet apricot as well as fine hints of vanilla and a very discreet almost buttery hint in the background. A lovely freshness and richness.
