The nose is fresh and offers a certain power, a small intensity, a fine and precise grain, an airy side. It expresses notes of bright wild blackcurrant, small bright wild red berries and more slightly – cherry, associated with touches of cherry blossoms, plum blossoms as well as hints of black olive, a sense of place and has a discreet hint of olive and infusion. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh/fruity frame, suppleness, harmony and a certain delicacy in the feel in the mouth, smoothness in freshness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and more slightly – pulpy/bright cherry associated with touches of flowers, olive leaf, black olive as well as hints of black tea and a hint of colas and toast/vanilla.
