The nose is fruity and offers elegance, controlled power and harmony. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, small, fairly ripe black berries and more lightly – pepper associated with fine, almost roasted hints of violet as well as a subtle hint of iodine and bergamot. The palate is mineral, fruity, and offers juiciness, smoothness, a nice little side elegantly covering fat, fullness and a nice textured substance. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/fresh blackcurrant and more slightly – crushed raspberry, associated with touches of toasted, chocolate, as well as fine hints of camphor, bergamot and a subtle hint saffron (flowery side) and toasted hazelnut. Freshness.
