Château Roullet 2022 – Canon-Fronsac

The nose is fruity and offers a slight juiciness. It expresses notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry, violet and more slightly – small crushed black fruits, associated with touches of blueberry as well as fine hints of star anise and has a discreet hint of bergamot and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, freshness, gourmandise, a certain tension and precision. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – cornflower combined with touches of blueberry, crunchy strawberry and a discreet hint of sage and bergamot. Good definition, freshness and gourmandise.
