The nose is fresh and elegant, racy with harmony and has a fresh velvety side that accompanies a fine controlled power. We have notes of violets, small fresh wild black berries and slight notes of fresh lily associated with touches of luscious raspberries and fine hints of fresh pepper and fresh spices. The palate is fruity with minerality, accuracy and a nice energy. There is delicacy and lightness in the good sense of the term and a fine infusion side. We have notes of pulpy and juicy blackberries, pulpy and juicy blackcurrant and slight notes of cornflower associated with touches of bright strawberries as well as hints of licorice stick, a subtle note of bergamot, toast and chocolate. There is a nice freshness and delicacy but also delicacy with a fine savory side on the persistent finish.
