The nose is elegant aromatic, and offers brightness and complexity. It expresses notes of blackberry, bright plum and small notes of balsamic associated with touches of fresh sap, liquorice stick and a hint of wild strawberry and tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a juicy frame, elegance, and bitterness. It expresses notes of fleshy plum, fleshy blackberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of balsamic, truffle as well as hints of nutmeg, and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut, black olive and evolution. The nose also expresses a hint of truffle. Flexibility, elegance, creaminess in purity and balance.
