The wine has a golden color of medium intensity. The nose is reserved at first and requires aeration. It expresses notes of roasted golden apple, peach in syrup, dried lemon peel, candied orange peel, passion fruit, dried apricot, as well as flowers (acacia, orange tree), hay and acacia honey. On the palate, the wine is more expressive and offers concentration, an oily texture and sweet, rich fruity flavors. We find notes of peach in syrup, pineapple in syrup, caramel apple, poached pear with spices (with a hint of vanilla and star anise), ripe mango, passion fruit coulis, as well as a floral touch (orange blossom, rose petals in syrup). The finish is suave, unctuous, with flavors of fruit in syrup and supple acidity. A rich and juicy wine.
