The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity. It expresses notes of lemon, lime zest, crushed green apple, tangy apricot, and crunchy white peach, as well as a floral touch (field flowers, hawthorn) and a very fine mineral hint (dry stone) and fresh hazelnut in the background. On the palate, the wine offers smoothness, roundness and concentrated fruity notes. It expresses the flavors of lemon, lemon zest, crunchy apricot, white peach, yellow melon, combined with floral touches (acacia, hawthorn), a fine minerality (chalk, dry stone) and a very fine note of floral honey. The finish is rather persistent, tangy and offers refreshing lemony notes. Nice acidity, concentration and freshness.
