The wine has a pale lemon color with green reflections. The nose is aromatic, with citrus freshness and pronounced mineral notes. It expresses notes of limestone (even chalk), accompanied by a very fine smoky and saline touch, lemon zest, lime, grapefruit, green apple, delicate floral notes (lemon blossoms, hawthorn), herbaceous hints (fresh thyme, hay, cut grass, a touch of mint) and a slight peppery note. On the palate, the wine is tangy and chiseled. It expresses notes of lime, yellow lemon, pomelo, a herbaceous (cut grass, fresh mint) and mineral (chalk, slight salinity) touch, combined with delicate floral notes on the finish (hawthorn, lemon flowers). The finish and persistent, incisive, very tangy. Lots of freshness and energy.
