The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is subtle, a bit closed, and requires aeration. It expresses delicate floral notes (apple blossom, acacia), fruity notes of fresh citrus (yellow lemon, lemon zest), stone fruits (a subtle touch of white peach and yellow plum), as well as fresh herbs (oregano, peppermint) and a smoky mineral touch of gunflint. On the palate, the wine is expressive, aromatic, with good substance and roundness. It expresses notes of juicy stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot), fresh citrus (yellow lemon, grapefruit), apple blossom, acacia, fresh thyme (in the background) and a smoky touch of gunflint. The finish is lingering, with lively acidity and tart citrus notes. Beautiful freshness and balance.
