The wine has a deep and limpid ruby color. The nose is fruity, spicy with delicacy. There are notes of crunchy but also stewed black berries that bring a certain sweetness to the nose. We perceive black pepper and fine touches of mint as well as rose and lilac. The palate is fresh, fruity and spicy with a hint of freshness. The tannins are a little firmer and the acidity is present. There are notes of black fruits such as blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant. There are also fine touches of liquorice and black pepper. Not to mention hints of rose and lilac still present and lingering on a slightly more drying finish.
