The nose is a bit discreet, with aeration opening up with some mineral and herbal notes. The palate is completely dry, quite tight and austere for the moment, the structure is rich and voluptuous, a subtle yeasty sensation in the echo, good length. The finish is malty, resembling of a good IPA beer. Good complexity and ageing potential.
