(Organic) The wine shows an intense ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose is dense and heady, offering nuances of cooked black cherries, kirsch, blackberry jam and sweet spices. The palate is intense, powerful and concentrated, with good freshness, grippy but juicy tannins and nice elegance. Notes of sour black cherries balance nicely nuances of oak and pungent spices. The finish linger long with a slightly drying note of thorn.
