The nose is fruity, racy, and gourmand. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, crushed red fruits, and more slightly – notes of crushed blackberry associated with fine touches of nutmeg as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a mineral frame, a good tangy structure as well as a slight straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, tangy raspberry, and more slightly notes of small red fruits associated with slight hints of violet, and lily as well as a subtle varietal and savory/saline hint. The tannins are well-built.
