The nose is fruity, and gourmand and offers a nice sensation of texture. It reveals notes of morello cherry, bright purple plum, and slight notes of lily associated with some touches of bright small black fruits as well as discreet hints of star anise and a subtle hint of sweet spices. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a nice definition, elegance, precision, a certain straightness and a nice energy, a certain density as well as tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright cherry, purple plum, and slight notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, hints of small wild berries as well as discreet hints of flowers, good bitterness, and a subtle hint of laurel berries.
