The nose is beautifully elegant, precise, clean and racy. There are notes of mirabelle plum, pear and more slightly yellow fruits combined with a fine touch of honeysuckle and a subtle hint of saline/mineral, green walnut and nutty butter. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral/acidic structure, racy minerality, finesse, precision, freshness and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crisp apple, green fruits and, more slightly, white flowers, lime leaf, green walnut, as well as fine hints of mirabelle plum and a discreet touch of fresh hazelnut. Good length. A subtle, almost toasty edge to the finish. Nice persistence.
