The nose is fruity and powerful. There are notes of fleshy boysenberry, crushed raspberry and more slightly blueberry combined with hints of morello cherry and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness as well as a tangy/pulpy texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, fleshy/crushed cherry and more slightly juicy blueberry, juicy blackberry combined with fine hints of flowers, tonka bean and a discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco. Good length. A very discreet, almost cinnamon-like quality on the finish/aftertaste.
