Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé “M” AOP Côtes de Provence 2021

The wine has a very pale, limpid and bright pink color. The wine has a nice fruity intensity on the first nose with juicy peach but also hints of rose petal. There are also some citrus fruits such as lemon zest and orange blossom. The second nose is fresh, deep with a hint of crushed black berries like blackberries. The attack is fresh and tangy. We find the fruits of the nose with the juicy peach but also the lemon. The apple is also present. The acidity continues on the mid-palate through to the finish. There are some bitters carried by an imperceptible note of thyme. The texture of the finish is persistent on orange blossom and apricot.
