Château des Demoiselles AOP Côtes de Provence 2021

The wine is pale, limpid and brilliant. It has a light melon color. The first nose is aromatic, on the freshness. We have blood orange zest, discreet touches of yellow melon and a beautiful minerality accompanied by aromatics such as discreet rosemary. The second nose always opens on this minerality, smoky with imperceptible iodized notes. The attack is fresh, frank with a mineral acidity. The aromas are vinous and delicate. We have a saline hint in the middle of the mouth that accompanies small fruits and citrus fruits such as juicy lemon. The end of the mouth is flowery with light gardenia and a touch of wisteria.
