The wine has a pretty, very pale melon colour. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet on small red fruits and a little apricot. The second nose, after aeration, is creamy and brings a little texture. We find more precisely the strawberry and the raspberry subtly crushed. The wine is dry, tangy with tension from the attack. The fruits are discreet but still around red fruits with also a touch of coconut water. It’s fresh. The finish is not about complexity but about the simplicity of small flat peach.
