This wine is pale with a bright and limpid apricot colour. The first nose is fruity with aromas of small red fruits like gooseberry and apple. With air, crushed wood freshness emerges with an acid frame reminiscent of blood orange zest and juicy pomelo. The attack is fresh and aromatic with a slight hint of sweetness. We find the juicy pomelo but also the apple. The mid-palate is tangy with small notes of wild strawberries. There is a nice minerality. The finish is slightly saline on lemon blossom and almond.
