This rosé from Provence is pale and shiny with apricot reflections. The first nose is perfumed with a hint of alcohol. It is oriented towards fruits such as not too ripe apricots and small red fruits. With air, the fruits are more defined with the raspberry compote but also a slightly smoky minerality. Little by little it is the chair of red apricot which makes its appearance. The whole thing is delicious. The attack is fresh and smooth. We find small red fruits such as raspberry and redcurrant. The acidity makes its appearance little by little with a little sweet spices. The aromatic intensity is subtle. We have a silky texture in the mouth with a very slight fizz on the attack. It’s simple and effective with a salinity that introduces the finish and continues. There are some discreet notes of orange zest and orange blossom.
