The wine is of a pale melon colour. It is shiny and clear. The first nose is aromatic on exotic fruits: passion fruit, mango and guava. Surprising! With air, the lychee emerges with notes of vanilla and pineapple strawberry. Some stone fruits are expressed in the background. The attack is fresh on the fresh lychee. There are notes of mango and orange zest. It’s balanced with measured acidity. The nose seems more expressive than the palate, which lets a saline frame develop little by little towards a discreet finish.
